Working in each section of the laboratory and ensuring proper pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical processes are achieved and tested in an efficient and accurate manner.
Most rewarding thing about being a superhero:
Knowing you contributed in the process of patient care, validating a new test, and helping others.
Describe your work environment:
My work environment is friendly with a unique group of people. Our co-workers are very close. We help each other routinely when the workload is heavy. We encourage and support each other to pursue their goal whether it’s personal or professional.
How does DEBORAH take care of its employees?
We are provided with free parking, a good retirement plan, and health, dental and prescription benefits. Attending annual seminars and various continuing education courses are encouraged and offered to all employees. Tuition Assistance is also available for any employee interested in continuing their education outside the facility.
What does “taking the high road” mean to you?
Maintaining my technical skills in each section of the lab. Being a productive, knowledgeable contributor to the department. Trying to do my best at whatever problem I may encounter during my work day. Helping others and continuing to grow spiritually.
